Five Simple Defensive Techniques

We all know about the global recession of the world, which is causing a lot of problem for the whole world. Unemployment is considered as one of the major consequence of this recession that ultimately results in increase in the number of crimes like robbery, rape, kidnapping and many other street crimes. Some most effective self-defensive techniques are explained as below:

1. Stamp heavily on the foot:

This is the easiest technique that everyone can use easily in case if opponent is trying to grasp you.  If you stamp on the foot of opponent, it will generate much time for you to escape but the basic drawback of this techniques is that it is not as effective as others techniques are.

2. Smack on ear:

Ears are considered as a sensitive part of a human body. So smacking at the ear causes intense pain or even it can cause serious damage to the eardrum. This self-defensive technique is mostly preferred by the experts.

3. Kick at knees:

This is also an effective self-defense technique because it causes much pain to the attacker as well as it will resist him/her in following you.

4. Punch at solar plexus:

Solar plexus is the sensitive area of a human’s body that is just above to the stomach. Punching at the attacker’s solar plexus will make it difficult for him to breath.

5. Do a combo:

“Do a combo” mean to hit the attacker with two, three or more attacks collectively one after the other. This technique will cause him/her much damage and your chances to escape will be enhanced.
