About

The Goal of “Women’s Self Defense Federation” is to offer empowering solutions for women who want to learn how to protect themselves! Offering access to self-defense programs, information, tips, advice and more that will teach women just what works, what doesn’t, and how not to ‘fit the mold’ of a victim.

“Women’s Self Defense Federation” does not promote any specific self defense type, style or method but rather we encourage some form of training in self defense – ranging from empty handed self defense to training in the use of lethal weapons.

“Women’s Self Defense Federation” holds to the truth that every woman has the absolute right to defend herself, within the law, and that ALL women should have access to practical self defense information, programs and products.

“Women’s Self Defense Federation” believes in the old adage ” An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” It is so much better to practice prevention than to deal with damage control.

“Women’s Self Defense Federation” strongly recommends that ALL women do something to learn how to defend themselves. To live as if “It could never happen to me.” is neither smart or safe.

REMEMBER:
No one can guarantee your safety anymore than having health insurance for example, means that you will never get sick or always get better. Mistakes can be made, fear can paralyze, guard can be let down, but it is ALWAYS better to expect the unexpected and be prepared for it than to be taken by surprise!

Since laws vary from state to state and country to country all women should inquire about their legal rights in regards to self-defense within their own jurisdiction.
